You can request a refund for unused "pay-as-you-go" credits within 180 calendar days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, you must fill out the Contact Support form located in the footer of our website. Please note that some items are explicitly non-refundable, including:

● Credits received as promotional or official rewards.

● Any credit that has been used.

● Credits purchased during sales or as part of a special promotion.

We strongly encourage you to use the free trial credits we provide to fully evaluate the Service before making a purchase.

After receiving your refund request, we will review your account to determine eligibility. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
