You can request a refund for unused "pay-as-you-go" Credit within 180 calendar days from the original purchase date. To request a refund, you must fill out the Contact Support form located in the footer of our website. Please note that some items are clearly non-refundable, including:

● Credit received as a reward for promotional or official purposes.

● Any Credit that has been used.

● Credit purchased during a sale or as part of a special promotion.

We highly encourage you to use the free trial credits we provide to fully evaluate the Service before making a purchase.

After receiving your refund request, we will review your account to determine eligibility. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
