● Credits purchased during sales or as part of a special promotion.

We strongly encourage you to use the free trial credits we provide to fully evaluate the Service before making a purchase.

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will review your account to determine eligibility. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If you have not received your approved refund after the processing period, we advise you to take the following steps:
